Warning: at the time this guide was created, this was a very labor intensive email setup. Start by going into your settings. Choose Mail, and then click Add Account.
Choose “Other”
Choose “Add Mail Account”
Enter your new email address, such as “info@yourdomain.com” along with your password given to you by Support. Be sure to click next.
Choose IMAP for your New Account on your device. Fill in all needed fields. and click Next
Turn Mail on so it’s green and click Save.
Click on the new email address you just set up within the Accounts list.
Click on your email address.
Fill in all the information as received from Support. Much will be redundant information. When done filling in, CLICK ON “SMTP” after you fill in the needed address you received from support.
Enter your Outgoing credentials that were provided to you by our Support Team. Your “Username” is always your email address. Choose SSL for Security and 465 for your Outgoing Port. Click DONE.
Make sure the SMTP server is set to “ON” and click on it.

If you’ve reached your inbox, you should be completed with the setup configuration. Go to final step…
Woo! Your email address is now setup on your device. Time to celebrate, right? – Not just yet! Be sure to test your email address on your device now. It’s best to send a test message to a personal email address of yours in order to make sure it shows up without issue. You’ll then want to send a reply back from your personal email address and make sure you receive your business email via this app. Annnnd…now your done.
