We understand and expect you to have questions prior to coming on board with Lyquid Agency. As a start, we’ve laid out commonly asked questions, however these surely won’t answer personal questions regarding your business needs.

What is the overall process?

The overall process is very easy and straight forward!

  • 1. You will place your order for the website package you feel will work best for you.
  • 2. We will email you a link to a very brief form where we will gather information about your domain. You’ll also receive access to our private Selection Gallery where you will choose your new website style!
  • 3. Once we receive the intro form, we will send you to our Client Worksheet. This is where you’ll provide ALL the content for your website. This is also the step that you will upload all your files (images, files, etc) to our servers.
  • 4. Once we receive ALL of your website content, we will get straight to work and begin developing your website!
  • 5. You’ll receive notification once the site is up and running and ready for review. You’ll either be able to request modifications or tell us everything looks great.
  • 6. We officially launch your website and provide you with your own private access to your website.
  • 7. You have a great time promoting your new website and grow your Internet presence!

How long will it take to build my business or personal website?

Once you place your order, we will quickly get to work on building your account and guiding you through our simple process.

Upon receiving all of your information (content), we typically will complete your website ready for your review within just 5 business days.

How do I get help setting up my website?

You don’t need to worry about anything! We build EVERYTHING for you. All you need to do is submit all your photos and information, along with your Client Worksheet that we email you a link to.

Afterwards, you may refer to our video tutorials for assistance, or you may also send us a support ticket. We will respond very quickly and get you taken care of!

All these services are free of charge (certain amount of time allotted) and included in your recurring payment.

What are the Hours of Operation for your Site Managers?

Our Site Managers are available Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM CST. Some Site Managers work longer hours, depending on availability and number of appointments. For example, a client just complemented us recently after having a question with their site at midnight. Their manager just happened to be at a computer and took care of said client’s question within 15 minutes.

What is a good domain to choose?

Most clients use a combination of their first and last name, as in Others choose an area or community related name such as in, or use a catchy, memorable phrase like It’s all up to you. If you do not currently have a website or domain name, we will work with you to find a name that best fits you.

How do I add my current domain to your system?

It’s extremely simple! If you already own a domain and are not using the free one we provide for your use, simply tell us during your initial account form after you sign up. We will then email you our “Name Servers” along with instructions so you adjust your domain settings with whomever you registered the domain through (for example, GoDaddy).

I want to use an already registered domain but I do not have the user name and password for my registrar account. What can I do?

You will need to contact your Registrar and have them provide you with the login information. In the mean time, provide your domain name to us and a Site Manager will assist you as well.

Who owns the domain name for my site?

If you do not have a domain name when you create your web site we will register a new one for you as agreed upon during your sign up. This domain name is free for you to use as long as your account is in good standing.

How much of the site can I customize?

You can change all of the text on the site, create and add your own custom images, banners, documents, and text. If there is ever anything you need changed that you do not have access to, simply send us a support ticket and we will take care of it for you, for free!

Does Lyquid Agency support Flash?

We do not support generating the code to implement these flash animations into the website. Flash files are not read via Apple products therefore we highly recommend never using this outdated method.

Do you offer content in other languages?

We currently do not offer the base content in other languages.

Will people be able to find my Lyquid Agency Website in major search engines such as Google™ and Yahoo!®?

Once your site is set up, all major search engines will crawl your website and index all your content displayed. To speed this process up, you may request that we submit your website to these search engines directly. Our websites are built with search engines in mind and are delivered with a very strong SEO foundation.

We offer two additional SEO features that you can add to your account at any time that will give your website a huge boost when climbing the search rankings!

Will I be able to track the number of visitors to my site?

Yes. Lyquid Agency (upon request) provides the ability to integrate Google Analytics with your website. Google Analytics is FREE and very effective. Reports include the number of unique visitors to your site, the number of pages that were viewed, how people found your site, your site’s most popular pages and much more.

You must request this feature (at any time) and we will integrate this for you, for free. We will need temporary access to your Gmail account in order to completely set up Google Analytics.

Can I add pages and links to my site?

Absolutely, you can add as many pages and links to your site as you want depending on the amount set within your web plan. With Lyquid Agency, the possibilities are endless!

How can I retrieve my password if I lose it?
