Lyquid has a line of professionals that are meant to guide you through the process making sure things are done right in the best possible way as opposed to expecting you to wonder about getting lost in the endless details of building a website. That line in itself is exhausting to say – which is my entirely my point. It’s easy to get confused and distrusting which is why we do 90% of the leg work for you. The only thing you need to be concerned with is getting us your information as soon as you can. When it comes to websites… without the proper support and guidance, you can quickly end up down the wrong road with no exit in sight.

When it comes to the ongoing support, we all know that is an after sale issue that further separates companies from one another. For example. touts the best customer service, but when it comes to their professional website service, what they don’t tell you is that their “designers and developers” are only available Monday through Friday 9-5pm. That is a severe problem and one you won’t find out until you truly need the help.

Lyquid doesn’t offer 24/7 support, but we do cover the great majority of time based on our experience of when people need the most help. Our support team is available Monday through Sunday, 9am to 11pm. Every day, we’re available – naturally with the exception of major holidays and rare company events.

After your website is launched, you receive a personal login account where you can freely edit your own information and content on the fly. From there, we have multiple steps in place to assist you. Many people don’t understand websites and that’s okay. Now we don’t throw you in blindly… when you log into your website, the first thing you’ll see WITHIN your website admin section is a list of video tutorials that are your first hand guide on how to do nearly everything you would need to do when it comes to editing your website information or “content.” If there is something that you don’t understand or if you happen to put something on your page that doesn’t line up correctly, all you need to do is fill out a brief support ticket, letting our Support Team know what’s going on, and they’ll be happy to go into your website and fix what needs to be fixed, making sure you’re ready to go. At no extra cost.
