Lyquid Agency’s Refund Policy

By visiting our website or opening an account, you accept all policies.

Other Policies and Conditions:

Lyquid Agency does not provide refunds on web or marketing services unless we are unable to provide and/or otherwise complete the service(s) paid for by client as specified on the product’s description page along within our Terms of Service Agreement.  For detailed information regarding how refunds are processed and paid out, you must refer to Lyquid’s Terms of Service Agreement.

Refunds are not provided for the services listed (but not limited to):

  • Any setup fee, account creation fee or start-up fee
  • Websites paid month to month and quarterly
  • All graphic design services
  • Additional server resources or additional security plans
  • All secondary website and marketing services, such as Blog SEO Campaigns, Online Advertising Campaigns, and more.
  • Any additional support services purchased, including, but not limited to: coaching sessions, additional web pages, additional web forms, support time.

Please note, you must meet your two (2) year Agreement date prior to the following terms applying to your account.

Websites paid for annually may qualify for refunds based on the following schedule:

  • If cancelled within the first five months of service, 40% of the remaining months on the annual account will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within months six through eight, 30% of the remaining months on the annual account will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within months nine or ten, 20% of the remaining months on the annual account will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within months eleven or twelve, no refund will be granted.

Websites paid for biannually may qualify for refunds based on the following schedule:

  • If cancelled within the first two months of service, 30% of the remaining months on the biannual account will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within months three or four, 20% of the remaining months on the biannual account will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within month five or six, no refund will be granted.

Websites paid for quarterly may qualify for refunds based on the following schedule:

  • If cancelled within the first month of service, one month’s payment (quarterly fee divided 3 times) will be refunded.
  • If cancelled within months two or three, no refund will be granted.

In the event that any service is no longer available, such service will be cancelled immediately by Lyquid and no refund granted for services rendered.

If client has subscribed to any service, paying annually and the service becomes unavailable, a prorated refund will be approved upon determination by Lyquid Management that our software no longer is compatible with certain third party applications such as (but not limited to) Facebook, Twitter, YouTube or LinkedIn. Refunds will be prorated based upon the date service was cancelled to the end of the term agreement. Any service paid for annually (excluding core website plans) that is fully functional and in operation, but is voluntarily cancelled by client prior to the next payment date, will not be refunded.

In order to receive a refund per Lyquid’s Terms of Service Agreement for any approved subscription service, you must request the refund by emailing order@lyquidagency.com within 10 days of the cancelled account. Refund requests received after 10 days post account cancellation will not be processed or approved.

If you are unsure if your subscription service qualifies for a refund, contact order@lyquidagency.com with your account information and service in question. You will be provided with information accordingly.
