With our new support desk, most enhancements are behind the scenes, such as better support ticket tracking and a more effective email system. For new and existing clientele, you may notice quicker email response times,
a larger percentage of our support emails landing in your proper inbox (as opposed to your spam folder) and much easier ability to submit ticket requests.
You now also have the option of submitting a support request via direct email to our team or you can use our standard ticket request form located at our Support Desk. No matter which option you choose, a new ticket request will automatically be opened for you!
