What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address(s), mailing address, phone number, credit card information, usernames and passwords for third party accounts (for us to serve your account only), among a variety of information for your website subscription. You may, however, visit our site anonymously, whereas we collect your IP address and location, how you came to our website (whether from a click or a Search Engine, otherwise known as a ‘referring link’), along with the time and page(s) you visited.  For outbound emails sent from our company to you, we further track whether the email was opened, including a time stamp and IP address of the location the email was opened. Email links and attachment clicking may also be tracked within outbound emails and from newsletters.

Information from Social Media

If you access, log-in to or share content through a social media service or connect a website to a social media service, the information we collect may also include your user ID and/or user name and password associated with that social media service, any information or content you have permitted the social media service to share with us, such as your profile picture, email address or friends lists, and any information you have made public in connection with that social media service. When you access our site through social media services or when you connect your Lyquid website to social media services, you are authorizing us to collect, store, and use such information and content in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways:

  • To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you)

We may also share the same information with the social media service provider. By logging in with or connecting your Lyquid website with a social media service, you are authorizing us to share information we collect from and about you with the social media service provider, other users and your friends and you understand that the social media service’s use of the shared information will be governed by the social media service’s privacy policy. If you do not want your personal information shared in this way, please do not connect your social media service account with your Lyquid website or account and do not participate in social sharing on Lyquid or its websites.

Payment Information

We may collect payment information from you, including credit card numbers and other billing information. While we use this information to efficiently deliver services to your account, we do not store any such information on our servers other than name, email, billing address, IP location of placed order and the last four digits of the cards on your account. However, we may share payment information with third party payment processors in order to process payments on your accounts. When we do, your information is subject to the third party’s privacy policy. You will be notified of any third party we may use to process any such information. Currently, we use Braintree Payments for all payment processes.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.

All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.

After a transaction, your private information (full credit card numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers, other than important information required in order to serve your account.

Passwords and Login Credentials

We may store your username or password for various accounts so that we can gain access when needed in order to assist you with services or provide a means through which you can recover lost or forgotten login credentials and passwords however, we will not use such information for any other purpose or disclose your login credentials to any third party.

Do we use cookies?

Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer’s hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information

We use cookies to help us remember and process the items in your shopping cart and compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety. However, non-personally identifiable visitor information may be provided to other parties for marketing, advertising, or other uses.

Current Clientele: How do we use client websites in regards to marketing for new business?

We will retain rights to provide your completed and/or launched website as an example of our work with or without direct permission from you. Prospective clientele of Lyquid Agency may be exposed to your website at any time.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

California Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

As part of the California Online Privacy Protection Act, all users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their personal account and going to the ‘Edit Profile’ page, clicking ‘Save’ at the bottom when changes have been made.
